*In certain circumstances, Alto Marketing is unable to exercise your right to removal for legal reasons. If this is the case, Alto Marketing will inform you of what information cannot be removed and the reasons for this
How we collect or obtain personal information about you

Our Mailing List
When you subscribe to the Alto Marketing mailing list we necessarily record your email address. We also collect your subscription preferences, which at this time is limited to details of which lists you are subscribed to.
We may also record other personally identifiable information if you choose to provide it. This information is only used for internal analysis purposes to inform decisions on the nature and content of our communications.
You have the right to view and amend your details or to opt-out of receiving the information detailed above at any time. To do so you can:

• Email DataProtection@alto-marketing.com with your name and contact details. If you give us contact details so that we can respond to your query then they will only be used for that purpose.
We use a specialist third-party email marketing service provider, MailChimp, to administer and distribute emails to our mailing lists.
MailChimp also provides us with usage information about our mailing lists, including statistics relating to how many subscribers open or read each newsletter and the number of clicks generated by links included in a newsletter. Legal Basis for Processing Your Data
Consent: We will obtain your explicit consent before sending you marketing communications, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Legitimate Interest: We may process your data for marketing purposes based on your legitimate Interest, such as promoting products or services. We also use Legitimate interest to analyse website traffic and user behaviour (via Google Analytics)
Performance of a Contract: We may process data to enter into and perform a contract with you, such as providing a service, and to contact you regarding the agreement or contract
Legal Obligation: We may process your data to comply with laws and other legal agreement
How long we store your personal information
We will store your information for no longer than necessary taking into account the following:
• The purpose for which we are processing your personal information;
• Whether we have any legal obligation to continue to process your information, such as any record-keeping obligations imposed by applicable law;
• Whether there is any legal basis to continue to process your personal information, such as your consent
• All unnecessary data is deleted/destroyed within 6-months after project completion
Securing your personal information
We use leading technologies to safeguard your data and keep strict security standards to prevent unauthorised or unlawful processing, as well as against the accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, your personal information, including:
• Only sharing and providing access to your personal information to the minimum extent necessary, subject to confidentiality restrictions where appropriate;
• Using secure servers to store your personal information.
• Data is secured with 256-bit encryption. Windows BitLocker enabled across all endpoints at Alto Marketing. BitLocker encryption is a built-in security feature of Windows operating systems that supports full disk encryption. This protection feature is designed to protect all the data on the hard drive.
• Alto is fully operational in the cloud. We ensure the security and confidentiality of all customer data during process and storage through application of password protection and two-factor authentication (2FA) across all Alto’s O365 accounts.
• Protection against threats/hazards to customer data integrity is provided by Crowdstrike anti-virus solution deployed across all endpoints at Alto Marketing.

Where you have consented to us processing your personal data you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

Whilst Alto Marketing take all reasonable steps to protect your information, information transmitted via the internet is never 100% secure and we therefore cannot guarantee its security and any transmission is done so at your own risk.
