We will only use your information for the purpose we have described and we do not pass on your details to any third party unless you give us permission to do so. We use leading technologies to safeguard your data, and keep strict security standards to prevent unauthorised access to it.

You can send us your feedback by sending an email to our administration team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you give us contact details so that we can respond to your query then they will only be used for that purpose.
Site usage information
Our cookies do not contain any personal information about you and do not hold any information about which sites you visited before you came here.
Log files and analytics
Log files allow us to record visitors’ use of the site. They enable us to make changes to the layout of the site and to the information in it, based on the way that visitors move around it.
We also use Google Analytics to gather anonymised aggregate data for this purpose and we do not gather or make use of any personal information from which individuals can be identified.
What data do we collect?
When you subscribe to the mailing lists we necessarily record your email address. We also collect your subscription preferences, which at this time is limited to details of which lists you are subscribed to.
We may also record other personally identifiable information if you choose to provide it. This information is only used for internal analysis purposes to inform decisions on the nature and content of our communications. You may view, add or delete any extra information via your own profile page, which is accessible from the personalised link at the bottom of all messages sent from our mailing lists. All personally identifiable information that we hold in relation to your mailing list subscription is accessible from this page.
We use a specialist third-party service provider, Mailvivo, to administer our mailing lists.
Mailvivo also provides us with usage information about our mailing lists, including statistics relating to how many subscribers open or read each newsletter and the number of clicks generated by links included a newsletter. This data is only used to inform decisions on the nature and content of future communications.
For what purpose do we intend to use your personal information?
We will only use your personal information to send you updates from the mailing lists that you have joined. Your address will not be added to any other lists, shared with third parties (other than our contracted mailing list service provider) or used to send you unsolicited email.
