Events
MICROSCIENCE 2008
Alto Marketing was PR and media outreach partner for this growing microscopy event held at London’s ExCel (24-26 June). The event was a great success, growing again this year in terms of exhibition visitors, conference delegates and media attendees (as well as exhibitors). Alto secured previews and support articles in regular issues of the key publications in the run-up to the event, with 30 editors/journalists visiting the show over the 3 days. An excellent event organised by our client the Royal Microscopical Society – and well done to our event PR expert, Sarah, for helping to make the show a great success.
Alto may be attending:
American Association for Clinical Chemistry’s 2008 Annual Meeting, 27-31 July, Washington, DC, www.aacc.org/events/ann_meet
Drug Discovery & Development of Innovative Therapeutics (DDT) World Congress, 5-6 August, World Trade Center Boston and The Seaport Hotel Boston, MA, www.drugdisc.com
Time to start thinking about Biotechnica and your activities at this year’s show. This is the first year that Biotechnica has gone "annual" and it remains to be seen how successful the yearly frequency will be. It is a good bet that it will still be a great event for media outreach activities – so if you have a product launch, some good news to spread, or just need to keep in front of the media – then please contact us to discuss our plans. See below for advertising opportunities.
