Fresh! Issue 6 January 10

Does your picture paint a thousand words?

Images are extremely powerful, especially in PR and Marketing activities. They say alot about who you are and what you do. It is always important to take some time to think about what you want your image to convey and where possible, bring in a professional photographer. When they say a picture is worth a thousand words, a well taken and well lit photograph accompanying a press release, for example, could peak the editors’ interest and result in publication. Alto Account Executive Heidi Stenhouse took this beautiful sunset shot from the Alto Office earlier this week, showing that with a little time, patience and effort you can capture an image that is striking, eye catching and creates some interest.
