Dr Clare Russell becomes Dr Clare Jones
Our Senior Account Manager, Dr Clare Russell, celebrated her wedding earlier in the year. However, there has been some confusion over her name change! Clare has changed her name from Russell to Jones. Please do not be confused by emails or calls from this person, your account manager has not changed.
We’re expanding our Life Science team
To continue to provide you with the specialist scientific knowledge and bench experience that you expect from our Life Science account management and writing teams we are looking to expand by adding two new senior colleagues. Those of you who check our website frequently will have seen the two positions advertised here. 1st SBS China Conference – 7-9 Dec 2010
SBS has announced it’s first Annual China Conference – Innovation in Drug Discovery: Science & Technology. Being held in Shanghai from the 7-9 December 2010 the event has been billed as offering an opportunity to meet market leaders from China, Europe, and North America. The conference will include scientific sessions on drug screening and drug discovery technologies, and a trade exhibition to see the latest tools and technologies. Fast quantum computers made of atoms trapped by beams of light could be a step closer. One candidate for such a computer is a so-called optical lattice, in which ultracold atoms are coaxed by strategically placed laser beams into a grid arrangement.
