ELA 2011
European Laboratory Automation Congress
30th June – 1st July 2011, Hamburg, Germany
The conference, which is the first of its kind to be held in Europe, will offer delegates the chance to sample the latest automation products for life science from over 120 of the world’s leading equipment vendors.
Automation has grown exponentially over the last 15 years into a vital component for effective life science research, providing increased throughput and higher data quality. The event supported by the German and UK ELRIG societies, as well as several German life science biotech clusters, will provide a collaborative environment for those working in life science automation to network and share ideas on how to extend and develop the use of automation in the future. Running alongside the exhibition will be 10 distinct conference streams, as detailed below, with over 180 scientific presentations, ranging from compound management in screening to effective tissue and cell biobanking.

Technical Conference Programme:
Advances in BioDetection & Biosensors
Advances in Microarray Technology
Advances in Protein Crystallography
Advances in Separation Technology
AgriGenomics Congress
Lab-on-a-Chip European Congress
Next-Gen Sequencing Europe
Screening Europe – HTS & Compound Management
Screening Europe – HCS & Assays
World Biobanking Summit
There are also a variety of workshops, market tutorials and training courses being held throughout the course of the event, enabling registrants to make their trip a very cost effective one. Delegates with full conference passes can also receive training course discounts. For more information, download full brochure>>
