		<description>Great blog Phil! I am sure that there are many of us ex-PhD students around who share your love for science, while completely emphasising with a need to spend time working on the bigger picture, rather than huddled over a bench.

Thankfully, some people do love the thrill of discovery (even if it happens infrequently) - it is these dedicated view that give us all new and exciting things to think and talk about!</description>
